It is a linguistic experiment to try and capture what English sounds like to non-English speakers, so that native English speakers can understand it. The words are not real. They simply applied English phonology and phonetic rules to make them sound like POSSIBLE words in English; thus, we get a closer understanding of the non-English speaker’s experience.
